  Hi- I would say any experience you have, even if it voluntary that demonstrates relevant skills and interests, so timekeeping, reliability, problem solving etc.

  I would say anything you can get that shows commitment – it doesn’t have to be paid, I did voluntary stuff in addition to my paid job. Keeping a commitment and all the skills you develop are great ways to show this.
