      Hi- great question! I would say that routine is very important for both. We are creatures of routine as it gives cues to our bodies and gives us a sense of safety, so if you are experiencing any anxieties or mood changes, routine is important to help reduce this.

      Also self care strategies, whether that is music, breathing, anything that can instantly calm you down.
