      I would set up treatment for every person who experiences trauma or a significant life event as a first intervention point. It would prevent so many long term physical and mental health conditions.

      That is very tricky! I think looking at how to engage everyone (including big business and governments) in an alternative to capitalism and inequalities, and in tackling climate change, would be fantastic

      If ethics were non-existent, I would be looking at real threat detection on unsuspecting people and police as this would be the most realistic way to do it but this is ignoring any sort of ethics and would never be allowed (and for good reason!)
