Question: what research was your favourite to conduct and take part in?

Hi- I enjoy designing interventions for participants, we recently created a sleep programme for autistic adults, now I don’t do the sessions as a therapist but I trained my PhD student to run them. It was great seeing how we made a difference to the sleep of and wellbeing of the participants!
